Full Journal pdf2020-03-26 House Journal Page 2136 HB 309 Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2088) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 309 am "An Act relating to the procedure for confirmation of the governor's appointments; relating to the board of the Mental Health Trust Authority; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 309(RLS) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Thompson moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The bill was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
